Our experienced consultants will spend up to 2 hours in your business and make recommendations based upon observations during that visit. A report to management will be prepared which will outline competitive strengths, constructive criticism, recommendations for improvement, and possible competitive niches. After this initial report, should the business owner wish to pursue additional areas of assistance, such as financial/cash management, hiring practices, organizational restructuring, etc., further review with the consultant can be arranged. This assistance will be based on an hourly fee or single rate basis depending upon the assistance requested.
